Celebrating Josh's Birthday

The two things Josh asked we do for his birthday were go to his favorite place to eat Kitaro (a Japanese Steakhouse) and ride go karts. We were able to do both. We usually can actually eat our food and enjoy our dinner at Kitaro because the boys are so into the chefs cooking in front of you. This time not so much. Not sure if it was that Bransen was in severe pain from his ear infection or if he was really afraid this time of the fire, but he cried anytime he saw the fire or felt the heat. Which meant I spent most of my time not eating or watching but Josh and Brayden did get to sit and enjoy (I guess 1 out of 2 boys is not too bad). The one good thing was I had left overs I got to enjoy in peace the next day.,

Riding go karts was fun! All my boys love fast cars so a perfect place to go for entertainment. Brayden and Josh got to ride several times and had a blast together. Josh even got to ride once by himself and was very competitive and made sure he won. Bransen did good just watching and running around the arcade center.

Brayden and Daddy ready to drive fast

He asked me as he watched Josh drive around by himself if when he turns 4 can he be big enough to drive by himself. Not sure he will be tall enough in a few months may have to wait til 6. Hard to tell him that, but thankful the workers always let him ride with Daddy even though he really still needs a couple more inches.

Some Serious Driving.

And yes he did win, I think he lapped the family driving with him probably 3 times, no mercy.

Bransen very into the fast go karts

Not sure who enjoyed it more.
Where's Brayden?
Boys in Big Hats. At the Mexican restaurant we ate at they brought Josh out this hat to wear and sang to him. The boys all passed the hat around and thought it was great to have a crew come out and sing.
