Hello from the Mountains of Red River, NM

My entire family minus little Berkley plus one cousin, 10 adults plus 4 kids and M'aggie our dog took a trip right after Christmas to the mountains of Red River, NM. We all stayed in a cabin and spent some great time in the cold snowy mountains. We had a wonderful trip with some very fun family memories.

We got to enjoy one day of snow skiing while my parents kept the kiddos. Josh and I have lots of memorable ski trip memories beginning the first few months we started dating and including our honeymoon trip to Tahoe. Josh spent the second half of his day teaching Brayden how to ski for the first time. They both did great! I was impressed with Josh's patience and ability to ski backwards and ski while holding Brayden. Brayden lasted much longer than I thought and did well. I think a couple more days and he would have had it down. The entire crew enjoyed some warm heat and time around the tv resting in the evening. We played games and had fun laughing and eating while crammed into a very small space. I was thankful for family time together and the fact that we could all be enclosed in that small of space and still get along.

Our family in the mountains while tubing one evening. All 3 of my boys LOVED the tubes despite the very cold weather.
