Friends

While spending the weekend in College Station, TX, I was able to spend some really sweet time with some very special friends. When Josh and I lived in College Station we were a part of a Bible Study small group of young married couples. We met together on Sundays and many of us again on Wednesdays. This group of friends grew closely due to the fact that we gathered as like-minded Christians, most had no family near by and we were without children at the time. These friends became our family away from family. I feel very blessed that God brought us all together at that stage of our lives. This group of friends will always hold a special place in my heart and I am grateful for our friendship!

 This is a portion of the families involved in the Bible Study group we had many years ago. It is neat to see how it has grown over the years. 

And my sister and friend, Marlie that joined me for the weekend. Very thankful she was able to make the drive to keep me company and enjoy some time together without my kids. So thankful for our relationship as not only sisters but Friends!!
